This endpoint allows you to create a new space within a tenant.

Scoped Requests (External Systems): When using a scoped API key, the endpoint automatically handles tenant and user provisioning:

• If the tenant doesn't exist, it will be created automatically
• If the user doesn't exist, it will be created and assigned to the tenant

Non-Scoped Requests: When using a non-scoped API key:

• Both the tenant and user must already exist in the system
• Returns 404 if either the tenant or user is not found
